Spinach, Kalamata, Sundried Tomato & Feta Frittata

Hello Cooks and Eaters! Taking orders for my latest gourmet Frittata. This is one of my favorites. Officially called "Greek Gentleman" on my menu. Homemade with my fresh organic chicken eggs, organic spinach, potato, organic Kalamata olives, sundried tomato, my pickled red onions, and wonderful Greek Feta on top! Doesn't get better than this farm-to-table delicacy.
