Pesto and Potato Frittata


Today, I share this delicious homemade frittata with organic ingredients. This is a pesto and potato frittata. I used fresh eggs from my chickens, which are fed organic feed. Also, I made fresh pesto with basil from my garden. Cooked on the stovetop in an iron skillet and broiled in the oven to finish with Parmesan cheese. (No extra salt was added to this Frittata, so you can salt to taste.) You can serve this yummy frittata for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, which has 8 modest slices or 4 large slices. You can't get a better farm-to-table frittata than this!
